Shipping

Shipping is available to most destinations worldwide, however this does not currently include the EU.

If you live in the UK, prints are available to you on my Etsy (PatienceBaldeArt) until further updated.

If you ever have questions or find there is no shipping option available for your location, please feel confident to contact me and I’d be happy help wherever possible!

 

Processing & Dispatch

Estimated processing and dispatch timeframes for each product are provided in the relevant product description.

The studio always aims to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible, and are often sent sooner than the estimated timeframe. The stated timeframe allows for busier periods, including product or collection launches, and holiday periods.

All orders are shipped using tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

 

Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs or customs fees required by their country upon import .

If these additional charges are refused to be paid, your delivery will be returned to the studio. Provided the product is returned in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the costs of shipping to your country.

 

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Prints and Originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, and the items must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by the studio if an item is determined faulty or damaged in transit.
